Meet Boone
Boone is a coming 4-yr old who was seized by animal control and found to be a stud.
Boone was gelded by The Animal Foundation at Desert Pines Equine before being signed over to L.E.A.N. in January 2016.
He recovered with former L.E.A.N. horse Whiskey Moon for companionship, at the ranch of our awesome friend Fred Cook.
After completing groundwork training with L.E.A.N.’s Traci Turner, he was relocated to Black Sails Stables to begin under saddle training with Dana Tetens.

It wasn’t long before the perfect match came along for Boone and he was adopted just before Christmas 2017.
