Meet Grace
Grace was placed early in 2012 but returned to LEAN in 2013 after her owner could no longer keep her due to life circumstances
Grace spent the summer at Dreamwalker Ranch and was assessed for adoption.
She received a lot of grooming attention from a family full of loving children looking for their next horse.
A week later, Dad returned to pick up a surprise for his family
